DISCLAIMER

You will be asked to sign these conditions before any work is completed.

  • Neither “develop your horse” nor Helen Jackson take responsibility in respect of any loss or injury to property, person or horse which you may sustain whilst undertaking training with your horse.
  • We take all reasonable precautions to minimise risk, however training horses can be a dangerous activity and we recommend that owners take out their own insurance.
  • On the first appointment, “develop your horse” and Helen Jackson reserve the right not to undertake training work with you and your horse.  In this case, all fees will be refunded.
  • During the provision of any of our services, if we feel that your actions are endangering us, yourself, any other person, or any animal, we reserve the right to terminate the session and to charge you for the activity so far undertaken.

  •  I acknowledge that all horses might react unpredictably and that training them is potentially dangerous.  I agree that neither I nor my representatives will make any claims against “develop your horse”, Helen Jackson or anyone else connected to this training, in respect of any loss or injury to property, person or horse which may be sustained.
  • I am aware that I am responsible for the provision of adequate insurance for myself and my horse during this training activity.
  • I reserve the right to terminate the training session at any point and undertake to pay for any training activity so far undertaken.
  • I confirm that all information provided, whether verbally or in writing, regarding myself, my capabilities and the horse to be trained are accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.  I understand that the recommendations made and training undertaken by “develop your horse” and Helen Jackson will be directly affected by the information that I have provided.
  • I agree to wear a properly fitting hat, that complies with current legislation, properly fitting gloves and suitable footwear whilst undertaking training work with “develop your horse” and Helen Jackson.
